Now hiring: industrial sewing operator (Benue State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Katsina-Ala, Benue State. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. On a typical shift you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus We offer ₦270,000 per month plus benefits.
