Warehouse operative — Mecosta County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a warehouse operative in Mecosta County, Michigan. The job is at a builders' merchant yard. On the job you will handle: • Assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay • Pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list • Keep aisles, racking and the yard clean and free of obstructions • Check incoming deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders • Load and unload lorries and containers by hand or with a pallet truck Requirements: • Previous warehouse or stores experience • Good numeracy for stock counts and order checking • Valid counterbalance/reach forklift licence (RTITB or equivalent) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
