You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
