Vacancy available: aluminium TIG welder (Florida)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Columbia County, Florida. On a typical shift you will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
