Concrete placer • Macon County, Missouri

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Macon County, Missouri. You will work at a precast concrete yard. You will give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
