Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Saint Francois County, Missouri. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
