Tile setter • Elliott County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile setter in Elliott County, Kentucky. You will work at a bathroom renovation job. The role involves: • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system You should have: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
