Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off.
