Sand plant operator wanted in St. Mary Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sand plant operator in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts On a typical shift you will operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
