We are recruiting: plant operator (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator in Benton County, Iowa. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. On the job you will handle: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Part-time with flexible hours.
