Urgent requirement: vertical transportation technician (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Genesee County, New York. You will be based in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work The role involves replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork.
