We are recruiting: panel technician (Wisconsin)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel technician in Crawford County, Wisconsin. You will work in a collision repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,750 per project, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
