PVC window installer • Grand Isle County, Vermont

Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Grand Isle County, Vermont. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. The role involves: • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors 3+ years on the tools preferred.
