Cnc lathe operator wanted in Clay County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Clay County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection The role involves: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
