Join our team: we are hiring a metal caster in Washington County, Ohio. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. You will mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
