Rebar fixer wanted in Effingham County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Effingham County, Georgia. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. The role involves: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
