Line cook • Ibadan North West, Oyo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Ibadan North West, Oyo State. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
