Your main tasks: • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub Ideal candidate: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times Rotating shifts.
