Great opportunity: we are hiring a power press operator in Bossier Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Day-to-day duties: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
