Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Oldham County, Texas. The role involves: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar You should have: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
