Glazing assistant • Cattaraugus County, New York

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Cattaraugus County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
