Milling machinist — Lisburn and Castlereagh

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machinist in Lisburn and Castlereagh, Northern Ireland. The job is in a toolroom. The role involves: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
