On a typical shift you will clear and reset tables between covers; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
