Trainee butcher • Marshall County, Mississippi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Marshall County, Mississippi. You will work in a meat processing plant. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
