Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Webster County, West Virginia. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one The role involves: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation 1+ years on the tools preferred.
