Coating plant operator • Clearwater County, Idaho

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Clearwater County, Idaho. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
