Port container crane operator • Caddo Parish, Louisiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) The role involves: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius 6+ years on the tools preferred.
