Civil works labourer • Bracken County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Bracken County, Kentucky. You will be based on a building construction site. Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions The role involves: • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
