Now hiring: we are hiring a security officer in Fayette County, Illinois. The job is at a bank branch. On the job you will handle: • Monitor the CCTV screens in the control room • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Write up incident reports after any disturbance What we are looking for: • Ex-servicemen preferred • Basic reading of English and local language for registers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
