Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC inspector in Gates County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift What we are looking for: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor Overtime paid at a premium rate.
