QC technician • Adams County, Illinois

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC technician in Adams County, Illinois. Day to day you will escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans. You should have: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
