Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Your main tasks: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Part-time with flexible hours.
