Now hiring: uPVC window fabricator (Oklahoma)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Garvin County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Rotating shifts. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
