Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Carbon County, Wyoming. Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Full-time, day shift.
