Elevator repair technician — Tai

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Tai, Rivers State. Your main tasks: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦950 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
