Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Crane County, Texas. The role involves: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run You should have: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
