Retail butcher — Hitchcock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Hitchcock County, Nebraska. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
