Fine-dining server wanted in Monmouthshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Monmouthshire, Wales. You will work in a five-star hotel. You will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Six days a week, one day off.
