Now hiring: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Colorado County, Texas. The job is at a plant nursery. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Day-to-day duties: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
