Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles The role involves set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; read lift plans and method statements before starting. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
