We are recruiting: we are hiring a hand presser in Ouachita County, Arkansas. The job is at a textile finishing unit. Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory On a typical shift you will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits.
