Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Able to read load charts and lifting plans The role involves: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams Performance bonus on top of base pay.
