Great opportunity: horizontal milling machine operator (Ekiti State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Ekiti East, Ekiti State. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. Day to day you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Full-time, day shift.
