Vacancy available: dishwashing attendant (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Crittenden County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
