Sheet metal press operator wanted in Tioga County

Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Tioga County, New York. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. Your main tasks: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed You should have: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
