Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Bledsoe County, Tennessee. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish 6+ years on the tools preferred.
