The role involves: • Carry the vehicle papers (RC, insurance, licence) on every run • Return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover Requirements: • Basic reading to match addresses correctly • Aadhaar / ID proof and address proof • Smartphone with internet for the delivery app 6+ years on the tools preferred.
