Powder spray gun operator — Liberty County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Liberty County, Georgia. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
