What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦215,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
