Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Jefferson County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 1+ years on the tools preferred.
